30th Birthday Party Favors

30th Birthday Party Favors

To begin our 30th birthday overview, I’m starting at the end. Well, first, I’ll do a little explaining and then I’ll start at the end with the party favors.

Sadly, I didn’t take many pictures of the party. If I’m being technical, I didn’t take any pictures of the party at all because, technically, I only clicked the camera before anyone arrived. This makes all the pictures pre-party.

All together now – Shame on Amy!

None of my guests, none of MJ and I together. Only food items.

Again, shame on Amy!

To my defense, my camera was sitting out in plain sight, all ready to go. Oh, wait, that’s not a defense.

Okay, I was having a good time and completely forgot. And eating. I did some eating. I’ll do better next time.

I did snap pictures of the stuff before hand, with better lighting so I can share the recipes with you all. More to come this week.

But here are the shots of the foodies: the whole table, minus the crudites plate still in the fridge.

To avoid including the dining room light in the shot, the sticks got cropped out but you can see more of the sticks here.

On the menu was a cranberry/limeade drink, crudites with a mustard veggie dip, a crock pot cheese dip, pastry wrapped creamy chicken squares and, for the sweet treat, two kinds of cupcakes.

And for our guests, another sweet treat for the ride home.

I fell in love with this easy and seriously delicious 3 minute, 3 ingredient mint fudge, first shared here but created by V and Co. It’s so easy, so quick and so very good.

I made two batches, let them cool, cut them up and filled some clear plastic cups. The cups were put into party favor bags with a couple crinkled bits of ribbon and tied up.

The tags were made in Word, using the same font style as the invites. Want some easy 30th birthday tags? Here’s the 30th Birthday Thank You Tags!

I made one extra for us to keep. We were party goers too, right? :)

Thanks to everyone who celebrated with us. We are so thankful for you.

Take care.

  1. Thank you so much for your ideas, not only did I use the 30th birthday tags I used the 3 ingredient mint fudge recipe as party favors for my hubby’s 30th birthday party!! It was a huge success and everyone loved the fudge!! I used your idea …made the fudge, topped it off with leftover candy canes on top then dropped them into clear plastic bags, added some extra Christmas hershey kisses I had left over from the holidays then wrapped it in ribbon with your beautiful tags!!! Thank u for helping me make this easy and making his birthday a success!!! I love that you have a passion for this like I do! Inspirational! Thank you!
