Mustard Vegetable Dip

Another party food. This recipe will make vegetables disappear.

Honestly. I’m working through my second head of cauliflower for the week.

The dip is good on other veggies like carrots, peppers and raw broccoli but it splendid on cauliflower.

Isn’t this little cauliflower cute?

Mom’s Mustard Vegetable Dip

Make the first part of the dip the day before you want to eat/serve it.

1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp garlic
1 tsp salad oil
2 tsp prepared mustard

Mix together until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate overnight.

Before serving, add in:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

Serve with crudites. Goes especially well with cauliflower.

Take care.
