Sewn Paper Ribbon 1

Oh my goodness, I am so excited to share this project with you. I adore sewn paper garlands. After sewing my first one last fall, I have been inspired to make a few others, like this winter version. Well, inspiration hit again. This time in a mini version! Aren’t they just adorable? All the details, including a tip for making itty bitty garlands, are over on Design Mom.

I almost was unable to finish this project. My trusty old sewing machine finally kicked the bucket. Thankfully a lovely friend lent me her machine and I was able to finish. (Thanks Suze!) Now I have to get a new machine. I mean, there a million other color combinations to try! :)

You make me want to buy a sewing machine and actually use it. I think my mom has one laying around somewhere. Better suck up to her!
